Dinas Head Challenge – Newport

An 8 Mile rowing race for fixed and sliding seat boats from Goodwick beach around the massive Dinas Head and into Newport Bay. From a small beach at Fishgaurd ferry terminal out into open sea conditions at the base of a huge headland and then around into a buetiful bay with a large sanbar with a great ‘watering hole’ right at the waters edge. Camping available at Newport boat club, which has a great little bar in a fantastic setting
