Royal Hill Express – Friday 7th March

So you think you’ve done a big row upstream to Montford Bridge? Looking for a bigger row to help you train for the Celtic Challenge? Or perhaps you just like the idea of visiting all the Pubs on the river Severn? If any of these apply, this is the row for you. Upstream from Stuarts shed to Montford Bridge (11 ish miles), a few pints and a bite to eat, then upstream again for another 9 miles to the Royal Hill pub, through water, as yet, untouched by Celtic Longboats. Camp overnight at the pub, a couple more beers, then an early start back to the Showground for 9.30 for a bit of family time.
